How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund/exchange.
Please follow these steps:
- Upon arrival inspect your order to ensure your merchandise arrived in good condition
- Keep all of the original packaging
- The merchandise needs to be in unused condition
- Before returning any item please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
( no returns will be accepted without a RMA number )
- shipping fees can not be refunded
